MACMILLAN
The Macmillan 1:1 Support Service offers support to persons over the age of 18 who are or have been affected by a cancer diagnosis and either reside in Oldham or have an Oldham GP. This includes patients, their families/significant others and carers. We work collaboratively with other community sectors and hospital based teams to address and needs and concerns individuals may have. We will then work on developing a truly holistic personalised care and support package pertinent to their individualised needs.
